Primary Responsibilities

Mike leads HSC’s Finance, Information Technology and Portfolio Management Office teams and partners with other members of the Executive Leadership Team to achieve the company’s financial plans and strategic priorities. 

Experience and Expertise

Mike is a seasoned executive who has led both commercial and financial organizations, and who brings strong business acumen, deep financial expertise and a strategic emphasis to his role. 

Prior to joining HSC, Mike worked for eight years at Hubbell, Inc., an American company headquartered in Connecticut that designs, manufactures and sells electrical and electronic products for non-residential and residential construction, industrial and utility applications. As Hubbell’s Vice President of Finance, Electrical Products Business Unit, he was responsible for leading the finance function, driving improvement in operating margin, manufacturing efficiency and price realization. Mike also served as General Manager of the Wiring Device Kellems business unit for 4 years, where he led the sales, marketing, manufacturing and product design functions.   

Previously, Mike worked for six years at Entegris, a global leader in advanced materials science headquartered in Massachusetts, as its Director of Financial Reporting and Assistant Controller, and spent 17 years at IBM in various financial roles.
