Fresh Aire Samaritan Counseling Center has received a $19,400 grant award from Hemlock Semiconductor Donor-Advised Fund through the Midland Area Community Foundation and Saginaw Community Foundation for complete mental health care services to support the effects of COVID-19 and trauma in the Great Lakes Bay Region. They plan to start a partnership with a local psychiatry center and also provide veterans with eight free workshops and individual sessions to deal with trauma.
