New law provides boost to expanding renewables

Here at Hemlock Semiconductor Operations (HSC), we cheered when Gov. Gretchen Whitmer recently signed legislation guaranteeing that business owners and homeowners who install solar panels no longer risk an increase in their property tax bills.
